- Q：How do you handle after‑sales repair for overseas customers? We provide remote troubleshooting. Spare parts will be sent out if hardware replacement is needed.
- Q：How long is the production lead time for standard laser markers? Standard models 5‑7 working days. Customized machines need 10‑15 working days.
- Q：Which shipping methods are available for the machine? Support sea freight, air freight and express delivery. We can quote DDP terms for your reference.
Q：What regular maintenance work does the laser machine require? Regularly clean protective lens and fan filter. No complex daily maintenance is required.
